Step 2 – Speaker Abstract Form

All attendees are required to present at the forum and complete a Speaker Abstract form (step 2). You will receive a confirmation after submitting the form using the link at the end of the document. Your abstract will be reviewed within 3 weeks of receipt; you will be notified if revisions are requested. Please also complete the General Registration form (step 1) and submit payment (step 3) to finalize your registration.

Deadline reminders:

  • Early bird registration deadline: October 31, 2018
  • Registration closing deadline: December 5, 2018
  • Abstract submission deadline: December 15, 2018

Note: Only one abstract should be submitted for Roundtable Discussion Panel proposals, with the names of all panelists included on the same Speaker Abstract Form.
2 panelists will have up to 30 minutes for the Roundtable Discussion.
3 panelists will have up to 45 minutes for the Roundtable Discussion.
4 panelists will have up to 60 minutes for the Roundtable Discussion.
Abstract Content: The abstract should be concise and factual, with a clearly stated purpose and message. Abstracts for proposed Roundtable Discussions should likewise have a clearly stated purpose and message, with a topic that will stimulate discussion and/or debate among panelists and the audience. Abstract Format: Abstracts should be written as single paragraph without subheadings. Avoid citing references, but if they must be included, please include only author and date. For abstracts of research studies, some data and significance levels may be included in the description of the main results.
