When making travel plans:
Note there are two Orlando airports:
Orlando International (MCO) is 2 miles from the hotel; free shuttle runs approximately every 20 minutes.
Orlando Sanford International is about 30 miles away; you’ll need a rental car or taxi, allow at least 45 minute drive time.
If flying in/out of MCO: When arriving, allow 15+ minutes from gate to shuttle if you only have carry-ons; add 30+ minutes if you have checked baggage. When departing, check in 90 minutes prior to flight (if you have TSA PreCheck, you can cut it closer).
